Product Warranty
This product is covered by a warranty for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
Under normal use and maintenance conditions, the following non‑human‑induced failures or damages occurring within the warranty period shall be eligible for free repair services:
Hardware failures of the robot, including but not limited to cameras, motors, sensors, chassis, and chargers.
Cracking or detachment of the robot housing due to manufacturing defects (excluding minor wear resulting from normal use).
The following circumstances are excluded from warranty coverage. Repairs for such cases will be subject to applicable service fees and component costs:
Failures or damages resulting from the user's failure to properly operate, use, or maintain the product in accordance with the user manual.
Damages caused by improper use (e.g., drops from height, external extrusion, liquid ingress, violent dragging, impact with hard objects) that are not attributable to product quality defects.
Damages resulting from insufficient battery discharge due to low battery levels.
Damages caused by abnormal charging voltages (e.g., overvoltage, unexpected power interruptions).
Damages caused by continued operation of aged or damaged components.
Damages resulting from operation exceeding the official safety load limits.
Obvious water stains or corrosion marks on the unit or circuit boards caused by use in humid environments.
Traces of dust, sand, liquid, or metal powder ingress inside the robot.
Damages caused by operating the robot in special terrains (e.g., stairways, wet areas, uneven ground).
Damages caused by operation under electromagnetic interference or mutual interference with other wireless devices.
Any damages caused by user‑developed programs during high‑level or low‑level development in developer mode, including but not limited to falls due to vision system misjudgment, motor impact on joint limits, or high‑speed vibration.
Damages resulting from modifications to the electrical circuits.
Damages caused by compatibility or reliability issues arising from simultaneous use with third‑party hardware or software.
Damages caused by the unauthorized use of non‑original battery packs.
Damages resulting from disassembly, repair, component replacement, or modification performed by personnel or service organizations other than Cross‑Dimensional Intelligence or its authorized agents.
Damages resulting from the installation or use of non‑original parts.
Product failures or damages caused by accidents (e.g., collisions, drops, extrusion, fire, flooding, lightning strikes).
Failures or damages caused by the user's unauthorized disassembly, modification, repair, or replacement with non‑officially authorized components.
Any failures or damages occurring after the warranty period has expired.
Normal wear, scratches, stains, or other cosmetic changes.
Product identification information (e.g., barcodes, model numbers) that has been altered, defaced, or destroyed.
Product failures or damages caused by force majeure events (e.g., earthquakes, typhoons, wars).
The intelligent dexterous hand is warranted for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Failures not caused by external forces are covered under this warranty. Returns or exchanges are available for serious quality issues. Cosmetic wear that does not affect normal use is not covered.
