Camera Accuracy Verification Documentation
About 307 wordsAbout 1 min
During actual camera use and after extrinsic parameter calibration, it is necessary to verify whether the current camera accuracy meets the requirements.
When checking camera accuracy, the accuracy is considered acceptable if it meets the <Xmm standard for each camera model, as follows:
XEMA-D:0.2mm
XEMA-S:0.2mm
XEMA-L:0.5mm
FINCH:0.8mm
SPARROW:0.2mm
KINGFISHER:0.8mm
Notes:
- Select the correct concentric circle calibration board model for accuracy verification: A3 (center distance 180mm), A4 (center distance 130mm), A5 (center distance 90mm), A6 (center distance 45mm)

- Enable overexposure display when checking accuracy. Neither overexposure nor underexposure is allowed, as it will affect recognition
Overexposure:

Underexposure:

- Select the corresponding calibration board model, click confirm, and wait for the calibration results to display. If the accuracy is less than the specified value, it is normal; otherwise, extrinsic parameter calibration and comprehensive inspection are required.
